• Custom & Personalized Items: Since we offer customized products (such as custom mugs, watches, and wall clocks), please allow an additional 2–4 days for production and design confirmation before dispatch.

• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Standard shipping times generally take between 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation notification containing tracking details so you can monitor your package's journey.

• Delayed or Lost Shipments: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unexpected courier delays or customs issues can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving shipping issues.
